OVH IE区拿证件申请免税成功

然后买了东西后，付了钱后就立刻 order declined

付款方式有问题，个人不是不能免税了吗？

就是个人申请的免税，进到生成订单那个步骤时可以看到我的 VAT 是 0 了，不是 23%

给你的邮件里面说得很清楚了
考虑到你是中国人
中国人喜欢快进一步直接在paypal申请退款
经常会导致paypal收款渠道被停
严重影响本公司的生意以及正常营业
所以系统自动判定中国人通过paypal下的订单为无效
邮件建议您使用其它付款方式比如信欲卡

这就是真相

忘记说了，我最开始就是用的信用卡付款。现在才绑上 PayPal

云就是自助服务。mjj ticket+pp攻击，把人当牛马了。挺好的，他家本来就不对中国和土耳其人提供服务。
