We checked this incident and found the problem.
We are really sorry as this was a human error. The KVM Keyboard was accidentally connect to the wrong server (yours) which lead to a soft reset (ctrl + alt + del) because this option was requested by the KVM.
The KVM was for a server next to yours and we got a notification about a problem with the KVM keyboard. Therefore a colleague was removing and reattaching the KVM a few times and in this procedure the colleague got the wrong server for a short moment.
The keyboard was about 5 to 10 seconds connected.
We opened a internal case for this in order to train our staff on this that this will not happen again.
