This email is to confirm that we have received your cancellation request for the service listed below.

If you requested immediate cancellation then the service will be terminated within the next 24 hours. If however you chose end of billing cycle, it will not be cancelled until 2010/09/03.

先去读读人家的TOS看看有没有说可退款和退款期限。
另外就是你取消账户的方式是立即取消还是预取消（付款周期截止）

官方好像是7天退款吧，以后的话可能要和官方商量下

他们不给退款的.我写的退款ticket直接给删除了没有任何回复.

Refunds will not be given regardless of amount of payment or service term of payment - no exceptions. All sales are final. Refund requests may be ignored.

将不会获得退款，不论支付或长期服务金金额 - 没有例外。所有销售都是最终决定。退款请求可能被忽略。
