Hello,

I regret to inform you that Ed, the current owner and director of HostWithLinux Ltd. is currently experiencing health complications and has been unable to maintain the service desk over the recent months.

I have been appointed to deal with the recent support delays and backlog, and will also be assisting and reassigning powers to the current team. My goal over the coming days will be to deal with the backlog of ticket requests, and working with clients to return service back to normal with compensation where necessary.

As of now we are working on fixing the current issues with our billing and SolusVM panel.

其实用了这么久觉得这家还是可以的……虽然tk回的慢（一天一回其实还好）但起码还是回的（某些国人idc誓死不回工单，ultravps的工单也是相当感人），而且这种事情都发公告总觉得不至于跑路的样子……
