刚才新入手了个洛杉矶的，卧槽，ping结果也坑了

怎么申请退款呢？pp买的，款会退到哪里呢？

先取消 Cancel  然后提交工单 Refund to me PayPal

刚才有一会儿很多网站都拥堵了。云观测都发了邮件来。现在是正常的。

恩，丢包都有点多，要等他维护了，他们一般有人处理的。

我这边ping正常，站长PING平均210，有两三个超时。西雅图~

发工单申请：
RamNode offers a three day refund period for your first payment on your first VPS with us. Bitcoin payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. cPanel and CloudLinux licenses are not eligible for refunds. Refunds must be requested via support ticket in the Client Area after a cancellation request has been submitted.
我看了下他的这段说明，貌似是首个付款三日内可退。

You are not eligible for a refund as it's only there for new customers on the first 3 days of their account. That being said we can issue you a pro-rated account credit for use here if you'd like.

是不是说不能申请退款到pp只能退到账户余额？

如果是要让他取消了给我退到余额，怎么回他？

还有我是不是可以直接用余额买一个防DDOS的服务

好像是可以退到账户余额里，余额可以用来买任何东西，也包括原来的产品续费。

你就直接说please refund to account credit,thanks.
可以用来买任何东西
