We aim to provided same-day response guarantee but since our launch of the $15/year VPS, we have been flooded with requests for rDNS and TUN/TAP support.
rDNS Management:
We have now enabled rDNS for all IPs in Fremont, USA (OpenVZ/XEN)
rDNS management is also very soon available for customers with VPS's in United Kingdom (OpenVZ/XEN)
Automated rDNS is not yet available for servers in San Jose and Los Angeles (XEN) nor in Germany (XEN/OpenVZ)
HOWTO set rDNS:
Go to VPSMgr -> Select your VPS -> Click on "IP Addresses" and for each IP, set rDNS via the [edit] link :
TUN/TAP :
We are working on a solution for semi-automated set up of TUN/TAP device for your VPS.
Problems with XEN PVM / HVM in Germany
While our servers in US has been working flawless we experience too many problems with Hetzner recently
There have been some network issues and we hope they are solved by now, since we upgraded all nodes to GigE (1000 Mbps) network connection.
Not all VPS's will enjoy full 1000 Mbps, most will get max 100 Mbps since but if you like to upgrade to full burstable GigE connection, please submit a ticket.
Planneed shutdown of servers in Düsseldorf, Germany
We will soon close our servers in Dusseldorf and move the customers to servers with Hetzner in Falkenstein
Get a VPS in UK
If you are interested in getting a VPS in UK (OpenVZ/XEN) please submit a ticket, since these are not (yet) advertised publicly.
Please note the cost of a VPS in UK is slightly higher (Higher cost for electric power and hardware and server hosting)

其他SanJose和英国、德国的还没有开通
在控制面板里直接就可以编辑了
