Dediserve, a Dublin company specialising in cloud computer services, has been bought for €7.9m cash by Iomart Group, a Scottish IT provider that is listed on the junior market in London.

The deal is a windfall for Dediserve director Stephen McCarron, who owned 70% of the business, and managing director Aidan McCarron, who had 30%. Stephen McCarron previously set up Hosting365, which was bought by US firm SunGard in 2010.

Iomart, which is valued at £330m (€375m) on the Alternative Investment Market, said: “There are no plans for change [at Dediserve] other than continued investment and growth in the company and the team.”

Dediserve provides cloud hosting in 10 locations around the world and has more than 1,500 customers. The company made nearly €300,000 profit in 2015, latest accounts show.
dedi有1500个用户，2015年30万欧收入。
The acquisition by Iomart would allow the company to expand its product range, said Aidan McCarron. Iomart owns eight data centres in the UK, six in the US, and single sites in Singapore and Dubai.

Angus MacSween, chief executive of Iomart, noted that the deal gave the company a base in the EU before Brexit. “Ireland is well placed as a cyber-capital of the world, and we are excited to add it as a significant strategic location,” he said.

你家it企业按回不回本算价值。
须知人家可以增长的，而且增长很快。
二十几倍的市盈率，业内算是很低的，你以为是银行呢。

人家买来不是为了维持原状的，肯定是为了加大超兽力度赚更多的钱的。。。

ds很多年了，一直都是做企业级业务，爱尔兰总统府，英国医保NHS，都柏林城市大学，德勤会计师事务所这些才是主要客户，散户又不是主要对象...
