Billing questions
One of my VPS due to the November 23, and I do not want the VPS, and forget to turn off because of work until 25 before going to shut down the VPS, and Invoice # 10375933 has been in the bill. Yesterday I purchased a new VPS, did not think it can not be opened, said before asking me to pay the bills first, but when the bill Invoice # 10375933 November 23, 2010 - 12 dated 23 January VPS use of bills, I Did not use, so I think I can not pay this bill, please open as soon as my new VPS, thank you!

Hello,
We received the cancellation request for invoice # 10375933 on 11/28/10, The invoice was due 11/23/10. That is 6 days into the billing period.
We provide our customers with a 1 day grace period to submit a cancellation request into the billing cycle. Anything more than 1 day we cannot cancel an invoice or provide a refund per our service agreement. This invoice will need to be paid as we must receive your cancellation within 1 day including the due date.

Do you not think this is unreasonable?
Because of work reasons I can not be canceled, but also did not use, want me to continue to pay the bills. I think you are so suspect of fraud.
If you do not cancel the order I, then, please take my money order Invoice # 10403425 back to me, I will not continue to use your services.

Well, if you do serious harm to me as a consumer's mind. I will be right in order to maintain my own complaints you first go to WHT, then I will contact my credit card issuing bank to cancel this charge and PAYPAL.

If you choose to file a dispute or go to WHT you have every right to do so, however, please be aware that your overdue balances and information in this ticket provided by you and by us will be addressed and your overdue invoices will be brought to attention.
