there were too much UDP packages inbound to vps. Due to this network was getting jammed and vps performance was down.

It is not a attack. It is just a inbound UDP flow. This happens for few minutes or few hours.
Also with this we have a very good firewall over our network. That restricts this unwanted UDP packages flow. This keeps our network safe and hence all our vps are safe.
