标题: 高手帮测测这个VPS如何

在DS买的。6刀的，这是我第二个VPS，第一个是在国内代购的。这个是自己刷信用卡买的。看配置确实比国内代购的好很多，但至于效果如何不懂。
打开速度不行，如果要看他好与坏。怎么测。SSH上什么命令？或其他什么办法？请教。谢谢。
