标题: Virpus 太搞笑了...
昨天收到一封邮件...

We have just been informed that Kansas City Power and Light, the power utility company that services the building the data center is in, will be performing maintenance tomorrow (March 2, 2011) beginning at 7:00 PM Central Time for 30-60 minutes. During this time, the building will experience complete power loss. The data center has generators on site, that will be able to hold the load for as long as needed.

We do not anticipate any downtime during this period.

结果，刚才北京时间9:00，也就是他邮件里提到的时间，网络全断了，他的网站也打不开了...

话说米国机房的电源太不靠谱了吧，国内机房就不会出这种问题的，UPS和发电机都是摆设啊...

而且，咱们的电力公司都是大白天检修线路，人家是晚上，汗

没错，刚刚恢复了，登陆VPS看了看，没问题，看来只是网络设备断了...
