1. I have to tell you something once more:I did not attack anybody from this VPS~If you can stand for your company~Then please make sure you are ready to say that in the Court!
2. you said 12 hours first,then 24,But the final number is 113,Dont you think you should say something about that? Dont you think you have Violation your customer's rights??
3. you said "We are looking on your issue and we will get back to you soon with further details." then you tell me "My VPS was attacked",yesterday you told me "thats a mistake" which one is true?? thats all up to you ~~Do you think so?
4. Suppose , As you said my VPS was attacked, then , have you ever give me some time to deal with that??so,if your customer's VPS was hacked~~then you will charge them~and refuse to serve them? right??
5. I know you keep my IP nulled because you(your company) believed I violation your right~But please give me a reason:Why my VPS keep offline more than 15 days last month~I think you violationed my rights!
6. I told you : Do tell me why before or after you nulled my VPS~ But whats the result??? I'm wondering if that stand for you can stop or cancel your customer's VPS with out any reason?? so nobody can make sure our websites/files safety when we put them on your server!!right????
