buyvm 很多年了，账号登陆不上，密码也无法找回！
找回密码收不到邮件，以前都可以。
putty 也登陆不上，快到期，有什么好办法吗？

一直没怎么关心，不知道什么时候就不行的。请教，里面有点数据不知道还能拿回来吗？

我咋感觉，不会这样呢。估计你是记错邮箱了吧。只要服务没过期，客服不会不管的。

邮箱地址肯定没错的，以前邮件都还在。

以前重新找回密码都能收到邮件，现在不行

下线了，不代表以前产品不可以续费继续用。

估计也有几个月没看了，以前一直正常使用中
