我看了下一些主机商比如：

使用谷歌翻译，也没看出哪条写着不允许DD WIN呢，大佬讲解下。

Client shall be responsible for any and all damages caused to PacificRack. PacificRack may charge client an amount equal to the cost associated with repairing any damages done.

没错
淘宝买的所谓正版码，其实都是非法的。

准确地说，他也不应该知道。。。。
凡事不能较真。

很遗憾，似乎没有任何地方说明了这个。
仅仅就事论事，从字面上来说，这次pr就错在这里。
除了他们的广告里说过不支持win。问题是，不支持和不允许是两回事，同时，广告而已，用户没有义务看到这个说明。

这个东西我感觉没有哪个主机商会不写不滥用吧，他们毕竟要主动权？就看主机商封不封了，如果想找支持DD的WIN，就只能靠他的历史记录里是否封ddwin吧？

这种最好是问主机商。
tos里不会写这么细的，真要**，随便找一个条款就把你弄死了。
如果允许，主机商一般会是说，我们不鼓励，也不反对，你要对自己的行为负责，同时，我们不提供技术支持。比如linode的官方说法就是这样。

这个，我可以把win改为linux图形桌面登陆界面……
