We hope you're enjoying the service(s) you have with us. As part of the scheduled migration on the server node hosting your service’s VM, your IP will be changed per the email we sent you earlier. This ticket details the change.
Your server's new IP will become: 107.174.252.*
This IP address may not yet function. We are going to assign the address to your service, but the old IP address will be usable until the migration is complete. Please note, in some cases, when we add the new IP address, your server may have been rebooted to add the new address to the network configuration. If your service shows as being in a “locked” status, that means the migration is being processed. Please check the network status page for any updates.
While we will reconfigure the networking, in bulk quantities, the operation may sometimes fail. This is the step that changes certain configuration files within your VM to use the new IP address. If your server's networking/new IP does not work, please click the reconfigure networking button on your service control panel. If you notice any other issues after the migration is marked as completed on the network status page, please let us know immediately.
If your service has additional IP addresses, please reply back to this ticket and we will change them to new addresses.
