We're investigating a network outage in NYC, most likely related to the network switch.
Update -- we've identified an issue with one of the network switches. While we wait for the datacenter to diagnose the problem further and attempt to bring it back online, we are also preparing to ship an emergency replacement to send in with overnight shipping should it be required. The switch appears to be powered on but has lost connectivity. We do not have any further details at this time.
Update -- datacenter has identified the issue. We've sent in the replacement and looking for other solutions. Please keep in mind it is possible that due to the holiday weekend, outage will extend through Monday. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
