关于你对15天的通知质疑，我ticket了下，回复如下：（所以根本没有你的那种担心哦，和其他的主机是一样的哦。）

15 days is for our regular clients.

7 days is for our resellers.

However, we actually do not care when you cancel the server as long as it is before the due date. We don't impose these things on resellers. The only exceptions are our Colossus servers, which are for highest application.

Our system will automatically charge your server on the due date, like any other hosting company. You have to cancel the server before the due date. We don't want to be going through the trouble of having to do refunds.

In summary: you need to let us know before the due date. That's what we require.

对哦，对我们这种直接用户来讲，要在到期前打个招呼。不限制在15天（代购商7天），主要是他们也是嫌自动扣了回头又要退款，给人家填麻烦。
不过上次我自动扣了还是给退了。只要ticket过去就可以了。
