This type of answer is expected from people like you it's common. I have checked our records Ticket # 146625 you were busted for hosting copyrighted website. We have good number of genuine happy Chinese clients and we are happy TOS/AUP violator like you assume our VPS is junk and stay away from us. Btw, you used so called Junk VPS from 24/06/2012 to 24/03/2013. We are happy we are not providing service to you anymore.

其实楼主没必要纠结了，老外也回复了，违反ToS和AUP。
这属于一个原则性的问题，真没有必要纠结。
