3. In order for us to troubleshoot the connectivity issues we will need an MTR run from your home PC to your main IP address of your service and from you logged into your service to your home PC.

5. It is very important that you provide the MTR in both directions for us to troubleshoot any issues. It is also very important that you provide the report in a readable format for us to track trends. Screen shots and HTML formatted data is unusable and will only delay a resolution.

8. - Installing mtr on linux: yum install mtr
   
9. - Run the following command: mtr --report [destination_ip_address]

12. - Installing MTR on windows: download from http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/
    
13. - Winmtr is a graphical program and will pop up a window asking you for the host to test. Type in the destination IP address and click start

如上，客服让我运行的mtr --report命令，好像还得配合我自己电脑的ip ？　具体应该怎么写，

哪里应该写我电脑的ip，哪里要写服务器的ip。。不会用这条命令。。
