上个月买的84.因为速度比较慢基本上没用，就装了个kloxo然后在那闲置，昨天突然84给我一张罚单（50刀），我去发tk问了他的客服什么原因，但他一直说让我先缴罚款。虽然可以扔掉，也就损失30块钱，但平白无故的被他罚，还是很生气。下面是我们交流记录，向大家求助看如何能讨回公道。

我问：

罚款你有没有绑定信用卡呀。我84是12月16号下单的，然后12月25日给我发了1个续费的发票，上面的续费时间是1月到2月16日。我觉得84太慢，就没用了，12月26日按了那个不续费按钮。然后84就给我寄单子，罚款1.94，我去他妈的，天天发邮件来我信箱，大爷一生气，把信箱改成给我发信箱的那个邮箱，也就是自己发自己收。打死我以后也不用了。我当时是用paypal付款的，不知道你是怎么被扣的，他老是给我发邮件，我都是不理

我也是这样    没到期 取消了VPS   居然收到了罚款    去他娘娘的
