前些天走的是tinet卡的要死，掉包率50%基本上不能访问，现在换回HE线路ping值虽然有点高但不怎么掉包

因为tinet sjc - unicom掉包厉害.
给justin投诉让暂时改回去he了

TInet says the issue right now is chinaunicom not wanting to send any
traffic anywhere else. They're trying to workout a deal but are finding it
difficult to get communication going. Hah.

which IP blocks do you want to see HE mostly on inbound - I can update
routemaps to prepend tinet on them.
