斯巴达估计是专门限速了

黑五买的斯巴达，最近速度拉垮了，全天下载不超10M。今天发工单询问了一下，当时的测速是：Download speed3.32Mbps Upload speed25.23Mbps Ping203.35ms，回复如下：

Make sure that you have BBR enabled to get the best possible speed right now, 3Mb/s suggests you may have it disabled. You'll need to update the CentOS 7 kernel to use BBR.

装bbr之前我先测了个速，结果发现：下载速度128.43Mbps 上传速度30.30Mbps 延迟193.45ms 抖动1.79
速度又正常了 晚上再测试看看
