买了个quickweb的VPS，被骗了！

原本说是T2的10mbps带宽，现在测试一下，从burst的VPS下载quickweb的VPS上的东西，速度能达到6M/s，那算起来就是48mbps吧？不是10mbps了。

because we charge extra to for 100Mbps... if you want cheaper Xen then 10mbps for you.

SolusVM they will fix this on next release so enjoy while you can

Which means you can actually got 100mbps connection on node, but you are capping users to 10mbps.. Why do so?
