抱一丝希望求教个关于COM+的问题

电脑现在系统是XP SP3，安装一软件，需要用到Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0，安装后软件可以打开但无法运行，出现如下提示，请问COM+如何安装？

jitDebugging 值。
编译应用程序时还必须启用
调试。
