I think comparing a local HDD with a server that has a 10g uplink, a RAID-60 array with SSD caching, in a datacenter with A+B power.....that would be then a debate not far from "I can host my website on my home's FTTH since it's 1 Gbps".
Also - it sold out pretty quickly this time too, we added a few more in stock. There's 2 more of the 10T ones, and 5 more or so of the 2T ones.
We will likely do some storage promos on our 10th anniversary but they will be a little higher priced. |
