Hi, All,

To prepare for our launch for 3rd site, with our new Management Platform, and Automated Provisioning, RAKsmart has updated its TOS-AUP. http://www.raksmart.com/tos.php

It's designed to provide our customers with better service, and better user experience.

Administrative fee is a standard TOS for all hosting company. Many other companies have higher fees.

RAKsmart does NOT want to charge Administrative Fee. The fee is designed to encourage our customers to manage their hosting servers appropriately, so that we can all avoid DDoS, and SPAM issues. A win win for everyone.
