Upon culmination of this grace period, domains must be returned to the registry and re-circulated for public availability. If this occurs, the domain may be purchased by all interested parties through any authorized registrar. In the event that a domain you have attempted to purchase is returned to the registry and purchased by another party, you will need to contact the new owner privately to inquire about purchasing the domain.
