奇怪，既然是针对中国优化，为什么不让中国人测试呢
要是不想要中国人，那为什么又用针对中国优化的线路呢？

机房网络对中国电信优化的，但是这个商家只是在机房有机器，可能主要想面对美国人出售吧。

这家是想搞信用卡诈骗吧，另外两种方案根本没有购买接口，我本来想进去看看支不支持paypal购买

还没开始提供购买，只有第一种方案提供美国用户测试。

现在很多地方，刷国际卡根本不需要背面那号，我真有点怕怕
