怎样向ICCAN投诉获取域名转移码？

发下我的吧，那时候干万网的，基础模版是网上搜的，自己完善了下，而且加重语气之类的。

Hello, I have registered XXX.com from HICHINA ZHICHENG TECHNOLOGY LTD..

I am NOT SATISFY WITH their services. And I want to transfer this domain to other Registrars. But they DO NOT give me the Auth Code of this domain.

I have done everything what they have want me to do.(eg.Sending a copy of my ID card to them.)

But everytime they say is that I will receive my auth code soon. But everytime I see my email([email protected]), I still can not see the auth code.

They always limite customers to transfer their domain in order to make coustomers stay longer. I have spent more than one month to deal with it. But I still CAN NOT get my auth code.

Do help me to tarnsfer my domain, please. And HICHINA ZHICHENG TECHNOLOGY LTD. is a very bad domain registrar.
