Currently China Unicom is having very bad peering issues in San Jose. This happens to be where Cogent peers with them. We've temporarily re-routed through HE until the peering issue is resolved.

Once the China Unicom peering issue is resolved we'll return to normal routing.

这个应该是网通访问Burst走cogentco线路有点关系

估计要多几个人去反应 联通慢那是联通的事 国内电信用户多庞大
