能ping通,无法重启,无法ssh....0M内存,HyperVM现在是15分钟了也打不开了
Alert: The vps xcxx.vm is locked by another user. This would also be because you had interrupted an earlier activity that would take long time to complete. HyperVM has waited 15 seconds for the other process to finish. Please try after sometime.
BlueVM is once again undergoing some changes to help improve our services for our clients. As this email will be fairly long we'll break down these changes into categories: Hardware upgrades, monitoring, wiki & uptime tracker, IRC and feedback.
Hardware Upgrades
We are pleased to announce that we have purchased new hardware in California. This hardware offers two major upgrades for our clients: 1 Gbps network connections and full RAID10. These upgrades have been a long time in coming and we hope to begin pushing them to our datacenters in Illinois and Kansas within the coming months. We will also be looking into adding servers in Atlanta in the near future.
What these upgrades mean for current subscribers: If you have a VPS in California you may request a transfer to these new servers at any time. We aren't forcing the change of existing clients over to new hardware at this time... it is a 100% optional upgrade. For our users outside of California we'll be offering the opportunity to transfer to the new hardware on a first come, first serve basis since we may not have enough hardware to meet demand. Rest assured we are working hard to bring these upgrades to everyone. We have released a small amount of stock for clients wishing to purchase a new VPS there as well.
Monitoring
Recently we've experienced a higher than normal amount of abuse on our machines, thus we've come up with some new tools that help to automatically find and stop abusive clients from effecting the services of others. These tools are intended to help prevent only the worst of the worst and no system is 100% fail-proof so abuse may still occur, but it should help to greatly reduce the frequency and scale of the negative effects.
Wiki & Uptime Tracker
Within the next 2 - 3 weeks we should be bringing a Wiki online and an uptime tracker to help our clients find quick answers to their issues and help to better handle outages. If you have any articles or suggestions for these tools feel free to submit a ticket to our Feedback section and we'll gladly look into adding your suggestions to these tools.
IRC
For those of you who aren't already aware BlueVM has an IRC channel which can help you to get faster answers to your questions and can help you with general problems you may experience while trying to setup or configure software on your VPS. While the IRC isn't a replacement for our ticket systems it can help to know whats going on in the event of an outage and we hope to see everyone on there. Here are the details:

Feedback
We would love to hear your feedback about these changes along with any comments or suggestions you might have. We want to thank you for choosing BlueVM and making it what it is today.
