I travel to Tibet by bicycle in August~~More than 15 days, my VPS keep offline in this month~and they said "No responsibility",I cant suffer the internet and I cant submit a ticket those days,so I did not say something about that, But after I get back I told them to fix that problem (They dont provide CP When I bought this VPS,and also I cant restart the VPS before they give me SolusVM's accout and password),They cost more than one week to solve this problem~
Two days later after they solve this problem, I found I cant visit my website for a long time, So I submit a ticket~they told me:""they null my IP for the reason there are Huge attack from my vps."
I send email to them all the time~~But they dont care~~they told me they're going to bring my VPS on after 12 hours~~
12 hours later they told me they are going to bring my VPS on after 24 hours!
but even after 80 hours later my VPS is also stay offline!I submit ticket all the time~~several times,they told me my VPS is OKAY,but infact NOT!!!
At last they bring my VPS on after more than 110 hours!!!
After they bring the VPS on,I ask more details about this problem~they said " We are looking on your issue and we will get back to you soon with further details. " After they check the problem they reply "Your VPS was attacked and the IPs were nulled." SO I was attacked,NOT attack somebody else??
you know what. My VPS only stay online for about 40 hours,Then they null my IP once more also without any notice! I submit to ask why~they tell me the same reason "Huge attack from my vps!" and also they said some attack my VPS is just a Mistake!!??Mistake??? After you looking on my issue for more further details you give me a mistake????
I cant stand their unreasonable and I have mo more patience,SO I ask refund~~when they charge me my VPS is offline~When I ask refund my VPS is offline~I use theri VPS no more than 2 days for this pay! But they refused for the reason "abuse"
1.I swear:I do not attack sb from this VPS~when they said I attack sb first,I even cant suffer the internet!!!
2.Maybe sb hacked my VPS~But why not null your customer's VPS with out notice??even no email..Even I have told them to notify me !
3. Suppose , hacker hacked my VPS.have you ever give you customer some time or chance to deal with that???
Here are some questions for PhotonVPS:
1. I have to tell you something once more:I did not attack anybody from this VPS~If you can stand for your company~Then please make sure you are ready to say that in the Court!
2. you said 12 hours first,then 24,But the final number is 113,Dont you think you should say something about that? Dont you think you have Violation your customer's rights??
3. you said "We are looking on your issue and we will get back to you soon with further details." then you tell me "My VPS was attacked",yesterday you told me "thats a mistake" which one is true?? thats all up to you ~~Do you think so?
4. Suppose , As you said my VPS was attacked, then , have you ever give me some time to deal with that??so,if your customer's VPS was hacked~~then you will charge them~and refuse to serve them? right??
5. I know you keep my IP nulled because you(your company) believed I violation your right~But please give me a reason:Why my VPS keep offline more than 15 days last month~I think you violationed my rights!
6. I told you : Do tell me why before or after you nulled my VPS~ But whats the result??? I'm wondering if that stand for you can stop or cancel your customer's VPS with out any reason?? so nobody can make sure our websites/files safety when we put them on your server!!right????
Please answer my question above all~~
NOW I dont want to ask my money back~~and also you can keep my VPS offline~even you can refuse to give me ba backup data~~That's ok~~What a big deal~But please answer my questions above all!
